The Test Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned test centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services to candidates. This role requires strong leadership and administrative skills, with a focus on maintaining the integrity and security of the testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of testing operations, including equipment maintenance, test station management, and candidate check-in.
- Ensure adherence to Pearson Professional Center quality and security measures.
- Recognize and address potential areas for improvement in testing procedures and policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Test Administrators, ensuring effective team management and communication.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve testing processes.
Requirements:
- Five years of customer service experience, with a strong background in testing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
