**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Coordinator to join our team in Seven Hills. As a key member of our international operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of shipments and communication with customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine, and 3rd Party Service Providers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise with customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine, and 3rd Party Service Providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment coordination
  • Manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations and ensure full document compliance
  • Work closely with our clients and Operations department to meet transit and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**

  • Import/Export Qualification or experience preferred
  • Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Time Management and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills and a team player attitude
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office is essential
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative when needed
