Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and business-minded individual to join our Human Resources Team as a Group Human Resources Co-ordinator.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties, including:
- Reviewing and acting on recruitment requests, including job posting and candidate screening.
- Liaising with Managers to create innovative recruitment campaigns for open positions.
- Creating job advertisements to attract top talent and ensuring timely placement in recruitment channels.
- Ensuring Pre-Employment Screening for all new recruits is completed and finalized with documentation in HRIS.
- Sourcing internal recruits for Talent Central program opportunities.
- Reviewing and approving new employee Letter of Offer requests and ensuring timely issuance in accordance with KPI.
- Reviewing Recruitment Referrals (RAF) prior to progressing for interview in line with company Employee Refer A Friend Policy and ensuring payments are processed in line with guidelines.
- Responsible for the onboarding of all new starters, including ensuring access to Kronos HRIS system, follow-up of outstanding onboarding action items, and finalization of all tasks required to be set up in a timely manner and within company deadlines ready for approval to Payroll.
- Completion of monthly recruitment and onboarding reporting.
- Ensuring all employees have valid work rights and maintaining ongoing compliance with any expiring credentials of employees, ensuring VEVO checks are completed.
- Creation and maintenance of Third-Party profiles in Kronos and ensuring relevant documentation and checks are in place.
- Providing support to the Group Human Resources Manager and Group Learning and Development Co-ordinator as required.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and willing to learn individual with a minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role. You will need to have a car license and own transport, be passionate about Human Resources and delivering high-quality service and support. You will also need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion to support the team and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential, as is the ability to create reports and presentations and analyze data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as is the ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner. Finally, you will need to be able to manage multiple and competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
