About the Role

The Kennards Hire eCommerce Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Digital & CX to ensure the Kennards Hire website is performing at its best. This role involves website content management, performance monitoring, and implementing improvements to boost customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor website performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance user experience.
  • Assist with the testing of new website features and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Generate reports on key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the development of website product roadmaps.

About You

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in digital product management or web development.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS and an understanding of W3C standards.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS (Sitecore experience is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
