Revenue Management Specialist

The key responsibilities of this role include gathering critical data for all hotel departments, preparing forecasts and implementing revenue strategies.

Effective communication with stakeholders is essential, as well as leading or assisting in projects and attending meetings requiring revenue input.

Key tasks may involve managing pricing and yield decisions within the hotel RMS system, monitoring competitor strategies and reporting on commercial analysis.

We seek a motivated individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, preferably with experience in hotel reservations or revenue management.

Requirements include strong analytical skills, numerical acumen and proficiency in Excel, as well as the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

A solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices is necessary, along with excellent working knowledge of relevant systems.
