Our company seeks a Revenue Growth Strategist to join its revenue management team. Based at our beachfront location, this role offers a great work-life balance with opportunities to work from home.
This key member of the revenue growth team will drive revenue growth across our portfolio of parks and resorts in iconic tourism locations around Australia. Expertise in rate and inventory management, competitive benchmark reviews, and market trend analysis is essential.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in revenue management in hotel or holiday park environments, preferably with multiple properties under their belt.
- Proven ability to communicate, implement, maintain, and measure strategies.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with advanced Microsoft Office (Excel) skills and proficiency in Property Management Systems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive revenue growth within our properties. If you're passionate about revenue management, we encourage you to apply.
