We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Payroll and HCM Test Specialist.

Job Description

This role involves testing the functionality of Workday HCM and Payroll systems, ensuring that they meet the required standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in validating hire-to-retire processes, compensation, leave, onboarding, and employee lifecycle validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in validating functional HR processes in Workday HCM and Payroll systems
  • Expertise in validating hire-to-retire processes, compensation, leave, onboarding, and employee lifecycle validation
  • EdTech or relevant experience would be beneficial
  • Experience in payroll workflow validations, validating Employment Types & Pay Scenarios (Casual, Permanent, Retro Pay) across Australian compliance scenarios
  • Expertise in validating leave accruals, tax compliance, and cross-system payroll reconciliations, particularly in the context of large employee populations
  • Workday/similar HCM Testing (Hire-to-Retire, Compensation, Absence)
  • Functional QA Test Design & Execution
