Payroll and HCM Validation Specialist

This role is only open to candidates based in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Validate HR processes in Workday HCM and Payroll systems with extensive experience.
  • Expertise in validating hire-to-retire processes, compensation, leave, onboarding, and employee lifecycle validation.
  • Experience in payroll workflow validations, Employment Types & Pay Scenarios (Casual, Permanent, Retro Pay) across Australian compliance scenarios.
  • Validate leave accruals, tax compliance, and cross-system payroll reconciliations for large employee populations.
Key Qualifications:
  • HCM testing expertise, specifically in Hire-to-Retire, Compensation, and Absence.
  • Functional QA test design and execution skills.
  • EdTech or relevant experience an asset.

This position requires a strong understanding of complex payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
