Test Analyst Role

This is a challenging role for an experienced Test Analyst to join a tier-1 enterprise program.

Key responsibilities will include developing and executing detailed test cases across payroll modules, performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Develop and execute detailed test cases across payroll and rostering modules
  • Perform SIT and support UAT
  • Validate payroll calculations, rostering, and workforce scheduling workflows
  • Raise, track, and manage defects through to closure

Required skills include hands-on testing experience with Kronos/UKG Dimensions/Workforce Management systems, experience in payroll testing, and a proven track record in system and integration testing within complex enterprise environments.

Additionally, familiarity with test management tools and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
