Job Title: Project Coordinator for Large-Scale Renewable Energy Projects

This role supports the delivery of a nationally significant renewable energy project focused on large-scale storage and dispatchable power.

The project coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all field installation activities are aligned with the project milestones. They will develop and maintain a detailed site baseline schedule in Primavera P6, apply resource and cost loading to support cost-to-complete forecasting, and coordinate with external stakeholders to align deliverables with project milestones.

The project coordinator must have strong knowledge of construction sequencing, commissioning, and interface coordination. They will monitor progress against plan and track interface milestones (civil works, logistics, subcontractors), validate subcontractor progress reports and integrate updates into the schedule, and highlight and manage critical path risks; monitor float and buffer consumption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed site baseline schedule in Primavera P6 for all field installation activities.
  • Apply resource and cost loading to support cost-to-complete forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align deliverables with project milestones.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Project Management certification or postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • 10+ years' experience in construction scheduling and planning, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity.
  • Strong background in large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, with experience using Power BI; SAP familiarity is a bonus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and performance on complex project sites.
