Learning Specialist – HRIS

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care. As a Learning Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Workday HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive learning solutions to support the adoption of Workday, ensuring a seamless transition for our employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop tailored learning strategies to address these gaps.
- Design and deliver end-to-end training programs, including learning needs assessment, learning strategy and planning, designing curriculum, defining learning pathways, concept development, learning delivery, and evaluation strategy.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop learning solutions to drive successful outcomes.
- Partner with external vendors to co-create or source learning solutions that align with our project brief, ensuring quality control and alignment with our organisational objectives.
- Proven experience in leading comprehensive learning solutions to support the implementation of HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development in large, complex organisations undergoing transformation.
- Expertise in modern learning technologies and contemporary approaches to instructional design, ensuring innovative and effective learning experiences.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, especially in challenging healthcare environments.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and experience with learning technologies, including LMS and digital platforms.
