Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Community Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of consumers experiencing mental illness.

The role involves providing high-level mental health assessments, formulations, and recommendations for clients referred to our service. You will also offer consultation to referring teams and recommend appropriate service linkages.

Additional responsibilities include attending regular multidisciplinary clinical reviews, discussing referrals and escalating challenging situations as necessary. You will also be required to possess critical skills in assessing and monitoring patients' physical and mental state, with confidence in implementing relapse management plans and safely managing deteriorating consumers.

As a member of our team, you will provide a highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers in times of need. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to advocate for clients as required. Clinical supervision of junior staff members may also be provided.
