We are seeking a skilled Recovery Clinician to join our Community Mental Health Team at the Wyndham Clinic in Hoppers Crossing.
As a key member of our team, you will provide case management support to clients aged 16-65 years, delivering high-quality mental health and discipline-specific, client-centered assessment and treatment that is evidence-based.
You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals, including lived experience workforce, to provide accessible and comprehensive care to our rapidly growing and diverse community.

- Provide Case Management support to clients aged 16-65 years
- Deliver high-quality mental health and discipline-specific, client-centered assessment and treatment
- Work within a multidisciplinary team and lived experience workforce
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications as RPN3, OT 2, SW 2, or P 2
- A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge in different therapeutic techniques
- Knowledge about different referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term support

Job Description OverviewThis position involves providing mental health services to individuals in need. The clinician will work in a team environment to assess, diagnose, and treat clients. They will also coordinate referrals to other services and resources as necessary.

They must also be able to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to ethical standards in their professional practice.
Required Skills and QualificationsApplicants should hold relevant qualifications such as a degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. They should also possess a current registration with the relevant professional body.
Proven experience in mental health services, case management, and working with multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential for this role.
