Our mental health service provides expert, compassionate and dependable care to support individuals with a range of mental health issues.

As a key member of our dynamic team of mental health professionals, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering authentic, effective and flexible mental health support services.

The role involves working collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals to assist people fully re-engage with their community. Activities may include:

- Providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
- Completing assessments and interventions using your clinical skills to work within the framework of systems;

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality mental health services to clients with complex needs;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and outcomes;
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive mental health care and support;

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- A relevant mental health qualification (e.g. psychologist, counsellor or social worker);
- Experience working with diverse client groups and populations;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
