About the Role:- This patient-facing position involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, identifying mental health conditions, and providing evidence-based therapies in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing expertise in psychology and clinical experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and therapy outcomes.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with referring healthcare providers to enhance patient referral networks and support practice growth.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, holding Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
