We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Audit and assess motor claims according to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Efficiently manage claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination.
  • Respond to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming call enquiries, providing clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular claims reviews and assist with overflow claims as needed.
Key Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in motor claims handling.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to different customer groups.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
  • Experience working with external vendors such as repairers, assessors, and brokers.
