Motor Claims Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to manage a large portfolio of motor claims in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and take ownership of their own claims portfolio. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end motor claims management, including raising payments and settling claims with client service instructions and company guidelines.

You will also be expected to achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by management and resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to find opportunities for process improvement and recognize potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of motor claims
  • Raise payments and settle claims with client service instructions and company guidelines
  • Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by management
  • Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Find opportunities for process improvement and recognize potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable
About You:

  • Motor claims insurance experience

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Energy and flexibility to work with the Corporate team and support projects recognized as crucial to our long-term business plan
