About the Position

Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
- Encourage residents to engage in preferred activities and interests, promoting their wellbeing and independence
- Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
