About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Casual Receptionist to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, patients, and staff
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as processing paperwork, maintaining records, and performing other administrative duties

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
