About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Course Advisor to join our team, responsible for providing timely responses and follow-ups on enquiries from prospective students via phone/email.

  • Building strong relationships with course enquirers while developing positive communication and dialogue.
  • Encouraging student success using a consultative, need-based approach.
  • Achieving performance targets while meeting customer needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a course advisory role or equivalent experience in other sales-based positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage external client relationships.
