The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills, enabling them to understand prospective students' goals, motivations, and suitability for different courses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining CRM records and pipeline tracking to manage and follow up on leads
  • Achieving individual enrolment and revenue targets
  • Collaborating with marketing and student support teams to ensure a seamless student experience
  • Staying up-to-date with course content, industry trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the RTO sector
