Your Impact: The Role

As a first point of contact for professionals seeking education, you will provide timely and accurate advice, guiding them to find the right education program that supports their career ambitions.

  • Engage prospective students through their decision-making journey via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring they choose the ideal course for their career aspirations.
  • Develop personalized pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach.
  • Convert inquiries into successful enrolments by achieving targets and contributing to our vision of transforming education and the world.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Warm Leads: Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest.
  2. Automated Dialler & Inbound Calls: Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications.
  3. Live Chat: Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations.
  4. Pipeline Management: Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM.
  5. Team Huddles: Participate in daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals.

  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline.
