The Job Description

The Head of APAC Channel Sales will lead our channel sales strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion through indirect sales channels. This role requires developing and executing channel sales programs, establishing strong partnerships, and overseeing a high-performing team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to grow sales through indirect channels, including distributors, resellers, agents, and other strategic partners.
  2. Manage and execute an annual and quarterly business planning process using a strategic planning model.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed.
  4. Sales Performance Management: Set clear sales targets for channel partners, monitor performance, and ensure partners meet their targets.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotions to support channel partner sales efforts.
  6. Manage and track sales pipelines, providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of channel sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize partner effectiveness.
  8. Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
