We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our APAC Channel Sales effort, focused on growing revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening partner relationships. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in sales leadership and partnership development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a channel sales strategy that aligns with Adobe's overall business objectives, emphasizing growth, profitability, and market expansion through indirect channels.

  2. Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, incorporating market analysis, competitor intelligence, and sales performance metrics.

  3. Foster and maintain strong partnerships with channel partners, providing tailored support, training, and resources to drive success.

  4. Establish clear sales targets for channel partners, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging co-marketing campaigns and promotions, amplifying channel partner sales efforts.

  6. Manage sales pipelines, delivering precise forecasting and reporting to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

  7. Lead a high-performing team of channel sales professionals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources required to excel.

  8. Identify and onboard new channel partners, expanding our market reach and diversifying our revenue streams.

  9. Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments, applying this insights to drive growth and competitiveness.

  10. Ensure efficient use of resources within the channel sales budget, optimizing returns on investment.

  11. Cultivate relationships with customer-facing teams to gather valuable feedback from partners and customers, informing product enhancements and service improvements.
