Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Prospa Advance Pty Limited. As a key member of our leadership channel team, you will execute our annual Sales and Partnerships plan, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and drive business growth in NSW, ACT, and QLD.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement agreed strategies and regional plans to drive long-term performance and competitiveness.
- Foster and maintain key partnerships across the financial services industry, driving regional targets through the broker channel.
- Mentor and coach Business Development Managers to deliver individual KPIs and strengthen Prospa UVP in the market.
- Enhance the BDM team's product knowledge and upselling capabilities as Prospa products innovate and evolve.
