Marketing Operations Coordinator


About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our Marketing Operations team, responsible for spearheading and coordinating business-driven initiatives across our suite of customer communications.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives, capture requirements and define the scope of planned work
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation checks on all communication assets to ensure they meet requirements
  • Manage exception activities through continuous monitoring and reconciliation of communications and reports
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation to support consistency, efficiency and continuity across the Marketing Operations function
  • Drive process improvements, manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed frameworks
  • Forge strong relationships across the business to ensure seamless delivery of communication initiatives

About You

We're looking for a meticulous problem solver with a passion for customer communications. Ideally you have extensive experience in customer-focused operational roles, particularly in highly regulated industries like energy or utilities.


  • Prior experience working in customer-focused communications roles involving products and/or services with mass-market reach
  • A good blend of Business Analyst and Project Coordination fundamentals
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field viewed favourably
