We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supplier delivery performance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing suppliers' capacity to deliver goods and services as per our requirements.

This is a key role within our organisation, requiring strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate vendor demand across multiple businesses and sites

- Manage supply chain and capacity audits

- Define external vendors' capacity management processes

- Follow up on needs expressions and deliveries

- Manage capacity self-declarations

- Coordinate delivery crisis solving

- Collect monthly KPIs and review improvement action plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Tertiary education in a relevant field

- Highly experienced in supply chain or procurement

- Knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Experience in supplier/customer relationships
