Lead the charge in identifying bespoke solutions for national customers in B2B and B2C environments. Join a collaborative team that values camaraderie and works seamlessly together.
The role contributes towards all matters related to business development at a strategic customer level, which includes working closely with the broader team and multiple network business units and departments including Pricing, Operations, Information Technology and Customer Experience to design best in class solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new customers for Team Global Express, focusing on major revenue opportunities.
- Implement and monitor a customer relationship framework.
- Drive revenue growth, presenting proposals to potential customers.
- Develop relationships with key contacts for cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new customers.
- Engage with a Customer and lead C Suite discovery sessions to understand their business challenges, goals and requirements.
- Create innovative and scalable solutions that leverage TGE's products or services to address the Customer's needs.
- Onboard new clients.
