Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and online channels, resolving customer requests and complaints effectively.
  • Identify and convert new product opportunities that meet customers' needs.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding insurance products.
  • Enhance relationships with customers through informative conversations that resolve their enquiries.
  • Champion the self-service facilities and digital assets.
  • Work within procedural, policy, and industry guidelines and regulations.
  • Contribute to project work as needed.
Requirements:
  • General insurance or banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers on financial matters.
  • Data entry skills and attention to detail to ensure transactions and information are recorded accurately.
  • Good organisational skills and initiative to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers through issues and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Demonstrated tenacity to stay on course and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in computers and apps, with an aptitude in working with technology and digital platforms.
