Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage the Patient Intake and Demand Unit. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for operational management of the unit, ensuring compliance with all relevant NSW Health policies to meet operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the Patient Intake and Demand Unit, including compliance with all relevant NSW Health policies to meet operational objectives
  • Supervision and management of staff within the service
Requirements
  • Experience in supervision, mentoring, and training of staff
  • Demonstrated dedication to service excellence and accountability, with a strong understanding of patient waitlist management within a health service
  • Management and leadership skills in a customer service environment to ensure efficient daily operations of the Service
