Job Title: Venue Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The Venue Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of accreditation services and operations in Australia. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing the delivery of these services to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accreditation Services Management: Manage the registration process for clients, ensure accurate data management, and coordinate with safety and security teams to maintain high-quality information and protection standards.
  • Centre Operations and Access: Oversee the day-to-day operations of accreditation centres, including access management and maintenance of centre facilities.
  • Manual Development and Implementation: Create and implement accreditation manuals, procedures, and operational protocols to standardize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accreditation specialists in their daily operations and client engagement.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Venue Operations Specialist, you must possess relevant experience in venue management or accreditation services, have an understanding of accreditation operations and access management, and be proficient in maintaining accuracy in dynamic environments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background and Experience: In-depth knowledge of accreditation services and/or venue management experience is essential.
  • Understanding of Accreditation Operations: Familiarity with accreditation and access management principles.
  • Venue Operations: Strong comprehension of stadium operations and management practices.
  • Dynamic Environment Adaptability: Ability to manage and operate effectively in rapidly changing situations.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective people management and stakeholder engagement.
