Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our finance team in a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator role.

This challenging position requires someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to new systems and excels at managing multiple priorities.

The Opportunity

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for entering high-volume supplier invoices with accuracy and independence.

You will also manage end-of-month entries, reconciliations and reporting, process supplier payments and coordinate with internal staff and external contractors and suppliers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entering high-volume supplier invoices with accuracy and independence

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in full-function Accounts Payable roles within large business environments
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
