Marketing Campaigns Role Overview

This is a senior position focused on delivering impactful campaigns across the Asia-Pacific region.

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive year-round relevance, reach, engagement, and audience growth against set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop, manage, and deliver inspiring impact marketing campaigns; lead integrated local marketing campaigns and manage localized global campaigns.
  • Year-round Integration: Manage integration of owned, earned, and paid marketing activity; brief and manage local creative and content requirements; create self-serve assets in Canva as needed; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Paid Media: Plan and implement paid media campaigns including local initiatives, working with key stakeholders and external media agency; build and manage the marketing/media partnership portfolio.
  • Communications & Project Management: Develop campaign messaging; brief storytelling narratives; manage internal marketing communications and diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver strategic, integrated marketing partnerships.
  • Fundraising: Provide marketing support to fundraising efforts and partner on community tactics to support campaigns.
  • Brand: Act as a brand champion, guide country teams on brand integrity, and produce self-serve assets in Canva.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in contemporary marketing roles; more than two years' experience in busy agency or brand environments.
  • Resourceful critical thinker with strong prioritization and forward-planning abilities.
  • Creative thinking capabilities; understands how to develop integrated campaigns and optimize supporter journeys.
  • Strong understanding of different content types and role of content across multiple marketing channels.
  • Excellent visual, oral, and written communication skills, including briefing capabilities.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to deliver tasks on time and on brief.
