Our client is an International Financial Services Membership organisation, the leader in its field and provides a variety of valued services to members including education, training, technical support and advocacy.

**Role Purpose**:
An integral role within the Journey Marketing team, working closely with a Campaign Strategist and Journey Marketing Manager you will be implementing omni channel marketing campaigns. This role is accountable for the tactical coordination and delivery of marketing activities and initiatives to drive member engagement across a journey including improving CX member engagement.

**About the Role**:
The Marketing Campaign Specialist will execute campaign plans, monitor and report on activity and results. The role will also ensure that the team marketing calendar is up to date and underpin the smooth running of the Journey Marketing team. A key requirement of this role is the ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders across a range of functions.

This is a broad integrated marketing role where you will under the leadership of the Campaign Strategist, execute integrated end to end campaign plans and calendars. This includes but not limited to writing copy, getting all assets built, working with the digital marketing team, events/advertising and sponsorship team, brand and communications and relevant stakeholders as required

Develop your analytical skills by working closely with the Campaign Strategist and Journey Marketing Manager in monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing campaign activities and performance

Coordination and ongoing relationship management of internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered and meet business requirements

Play a part in the collaborative briefing process for the development of campaigns and ensure cross collaboration with the wider marketing team (eg: digital marketing and content)

Collaborate with external partners where relevant to produce campaign analysis and reports to ensure improvements and enhancements to projects and identified and applied

Utilise the martech stack to automate campaign tactics and ensure best practice

**About You**:
Ideally bring a 1-2 years solid marketing / campaign management experience

Able to take initiative and take a problem solving approach

Bring a Passion for remaining up to date on digital and technology trends

Be a confident communicator with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and external suppliers at all levels

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated 2 years + experience of campaign management
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or related discipline essential
