Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Strategist to drive business growth by developing and managing impactful marketing campaigns that enhance members' financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing annual marketing calendars targeting specific member segments
  • Leading strategic marketing initiatives for product development, financial advice, and member education
  • Collaborating with data analytics teams to leverage insights for campaign optimisation
  • Creating compelling marketing briefs and managing agency partnerships
  • Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements to drive better business outcomes
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in reporting on marketing outcomes
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and planning capabilities
  • Previous experience in superannuation or financial services (desired but not essential)
