As a Concierge, you will be the face of our hotel, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including transportation, reservations and dry cleaning
  • Assist the team in general operational tasks while supporting other front office associates
  • Be an expert on our luxury hotel and the surrounding area, anticipating and meeting guest needs
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting legendary service and driving future bookings
  • Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most valuable assets
  • Ensure all guest requirements and requests are met in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to accelerate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
