Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
  • This role is a key part of our Ladies and Gentlemen who create experiences so exceptional that long after a guest stays with us, the experience stays with them.
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to escalate their career and have a self-motivated, driven and energized approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail in all aspects of work, and previous luxury hotel experience would be preferable.

About You:

  • Experience with property management systems or similar.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A valid driver's license is required for the role.
  • Working rights in Australia are necessary.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
