Key Requirements- Proven hospitality leadership with a strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Mastery of revenue management, pricing strategy, and top-line growth in competitive markets.
- Deep expertise in luxury or premium hotels, across rooms, F&B, conferencing, and spa.
- Able to navigate challenges, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum.
- Develop and execute a clear commercial plan that delivers measurable financial uplift.
