Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fintech Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our brokers with lead qualification and helping our customers achieve their home loan dreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs and convert leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.
  • Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry. Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months to immerse you in the business, and high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
