The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our leadership team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness;
  • Leading a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer satisfaction;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth;
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and analysis to inform business decisions;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role, with a passion for hospitality and customer service;
  • A strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and sales growth strategies;
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with our business;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams;
  • A flexible approach to working hours, with availability to work Wednesday to Sunday shifts.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. This represents an estimated salary of around $65-85 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.
