Restaurant Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role
  • Actively supervise the operations of Sailmaker restaurant, developing a demonstrated knowledge of all service periods
  • Provide quality service to all guests at each stage of the dining experience
  • Foster a supportive environment for all colleagues
  • Oversee the development of fortnightly rosters with support from the Assistant Manager
  • Participate in stock take and inventory checks
  • Manage guest complaints with empathy and inform/escalate to upper management
  • Implement training programs and initiatives within the restaurant
About You
  • One year experience in a similar role is required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is essential
  • Enthusiasm for career development and a passion for people is crucial
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including early morning shifts, evening shifts and weekends is required
  • Unrestricted, valid working rights in Australia are necessary
  • A valid NSW RSA is also required
