Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned demand generation professional to spearhead our growth strategy in the US market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy, focusing on creating a predictable flow of high-quality leads.
  • Lead the optimization and automation of our HubSpot instance to nurture leads and create deals.
  • Launch and scale data-driven campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and marketing-generated pipeline value.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to inform our go-to-market motion.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of building pipelines for B2B SaaS companies, with measurable growth results.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot, with experience automating processes and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive US market, with hands-on experience.
  • Strategic mindset combined with exceptional execution skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote global team.
