**The Opportunity**
Maropost Australia is seeking a high impact and driven Demand Generation Manager with multi-channel expertise to join our growth journey Reporting to the Global Director of Demand Generation, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing global marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving growth for the company.
**What You'll be Responsible for**
- Establishing a comprehensive cross-channel playbook for demand generation comprising social media, events, media advertising, CRM, and more. This playbook ensures alignment with regional goals and the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product Marketing, Partners) to ideate, launch and optimize buyer-specific programs spanning the entire marketing funnel and sales cycle, from top-of-funnel demand creation to pipeline closure.
- Working closely with the Marketing Ops team to set up campaigns, track and report campaign impact, and optimize lead hand-off processes and Sales follow-ups in collaboration with Sales leadership.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing leaders to ensure quality demand delivery is tied to Sales goals and making necessary adjustments as campaign execution unfolds.
- Managing the coordination of field events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.
- Monitoring external trends and recommending new strategies to boost efficiency and revenue.
**What You'll bring to Maropost**
- 4 to 6 years of proven success in demand generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space, bonus points for eCommerce or Retail Tech experience.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrating initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness, with the ability to understand what it means to walk in the shoes of a Sales Rep, provide insights, and recommend improvements to demand strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and other optimization tools.
- A mindset of dreaming big, iterating, and experimenting to drive innovation and creativity.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20 - 30%, will vary based on the time of year) to support partner or field events.
