**About the role**

As the Demand Generation Manager at Askable, you will take the lead in driving pipeline and revenue growth in the US by developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies. As the first hire in this function, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape how we create demand, capture interest, and convert pipeline across key markets.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven programs that amplify our brand, accelerate inbound pipeline, and deliver measurable revenue impact. **What you'll do**
- Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated revenue. This includes demand creation and demand capture. You look at the entire new acquisition funnel and prioritise based on impact on revenue.
- Develop creative initiatives including dark social content and thought leadership programs that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Analyse multiple data sources (Hubspot, GA4, CommonRoom, etc.) to report on results and deliver spend recommendations. You marry the data with actionable insights that drive impact on revenue.
- Optimise for ROI and qualified pipeline-to-marketing spend ratios, ensuring all initiatives contribute meaningfully to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure you are aligned on key messaging, effective reporting practices, customer journey initiatives, and critical customer insights.
- Establish foundational demand generation processes to scale the engine globally.

**Skills and experience you'll bring**

To hit the ground running in this role **you'll need at least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing**, with a focus on demand generation in a SaaS environment:

- Hands-on experience in paid media platforms such as Linkedin, Google Ads, Youtube, Reddit, X, and others. You should feel comfortable navigating the platforms, analysing the results, and understanding how the budget investment is impacting our funnel.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate across teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end.
- Extremely data-driven; committed to experimenting until you see measurable results.
