Senior Inventory and Demand Planner

Join us in seeking a highly skilled Senior Inventory and Demand Planner to oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from demand forecasting to physical stock management.

This role is crucial in ensuring the right products are available to meet customer needs while minimizing costs and waste. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for efficient inventory management, helping us avoid stock outs and overstocking.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and other factors to predict future product demand.
  • Inventory Planning: Determine optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on inventory performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, particularly lingerie, undergarments, or apparel.
  • Managed large SKUs of products or multi-SKU within one style.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of commercial financials a plus.
  • ERP system knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to demand and inventory.
