Growth Marketing Manager

The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the charge in driving inbound growth, demand generation, and marketing funnel activities. This role is responsible for increasing the quality of leads while improving conversion rates from lead to opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving growth for SaaS companies, with a proven track record in creating successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels and verticals. They will be data-driven, analytical, and able to experiment with new lead generation channels and tactics to continuously improve the performance of our demand generation programs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies, including plans for vertical industry, market segments, and regions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize digital demand generation channels, including SEO, eDM, events, content syndication, ABM, and customer life cycle marketing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and growth at a SaaS company
  • Track record of successfully launching and running growth demand generation programs
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRMs, budgeting, media planning, and SEO
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and implement actionable changes
