Technical Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating tasks and managing resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget;
  • Ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports;
  • Collaborating with project teams to interpret customer briefs and define project requirements;
  • SUPPORTING THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS BY CONTRIBUTING TO PROPOSAL RESPONSES AND CLIENT PRESENTATIONS;

You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

You will also have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
