Senior Project Coordinator role at ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project teams with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in project reporting, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and have exposure to project portfolio management (PPM) tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Support project managers with status updates and issue tracking.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
  • Work with PPM tools to update project data and track progress.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a project coordination or administration role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with PPM tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, Primavera, or similar).
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Experience in government or enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methods.
