Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage and lead a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure projects within our hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing project feasibility, developing scopes and detailed project plans, and coordinating quotes, funding, approvals, and documentation.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

">Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
