About the Role:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met, and that stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope statements, work breakdown structures, and Gantt charts
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize potential issues
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and clients
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or construction
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
